We are more than happy to welcome Traditional Events of all sorts to the Oasis Ballroom.
Listed below is our Outside Catering package, which allows you to choose an outside caterer of your choice (recommendations available by request), and provides you with everything else you need for your special day.

Platinum ~ Full Ballroom
Silver ~ Oasis AB
Gold ~ Oasis C
❖ Full use of Ballroom space for up to five (5) hours.
❖ Use of Atrium and Patio – included in Package A & B
❖ All tables and chairs. Choice of white or black linens available.
❖ Up to 7 chafing dishes, 14 serving utensils,
❖ All flatware, glassware, and utensils
❖ Coffee, tea and water station
❖ Courtesy room block with discounted room rates
Terms and Conditions:
❖ Hotel must be provided a copy of liability insurance and catering license naming Hilton Garden Inn Springfield
an additional insured for a minimum of $1,000,000.
❖ All food to be prepared in advance of arrival
❖ Cater must provide 1 staff member for every 35 guest to stay on propter for the direction of the food service
❖ All food running, and food replenishment will be the responsibility of the caterer.
❖ All catering companies staff members must wear gloves and be in Catering Staff uniforms
❖ All remaining food must be packed up in caterers’ containers by catering staff to be given to their clients.
If client does not want food, caterer must dispose of all remaining food.
❖ Caterer is responsible for bringing chaffing dish inserts, additional chaffing dishes, serving utensils, display items,
❖ No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol must be purchased from the hotel
❖ Caterer must clean kitchen and have Hotel’s Banquet staff sign off prior to leaving
❖ Client and Cater need to obey all Current NJ COVID requirements
